The shoulder mount features a wonderfully and professionally crafted taxidermy construction that shows an impressive stature with a light off white to brown main and a dark face characteristic of the larger Woodland Caribou. All reindeer are in Asia and Europe while Caribou are in North America, and while Caribou antlers are tall and curved, with a more sprawling or random pattern, reindeer antlers are sharp and pointy, with a straighter or more uniform appearance. This impressive Caribou shoulder mount has large palmated tops from the main beams and a right-side shovel, also called "brow palm". The forward-extending lower portion of the main beam, the bez branches into two fingers, with the right side palmated. The condition of this caribou taxidermy mount is well preserved with no obvious signs of damage and shows a well preserved overall condition.
