Offered in this lot is a necklace of matched Venetian Millefiori Beads, ca. late 1800's. The necklace is 36" long and consists of nicely matched beads. The 50 smaller beads measure 1/2"-5/8" long X 1/2" wide. There are 25 beads on each side of a large "elbow" shaped, 2" long bead. These Venetian beads are done in blue, red, rich yellow, and white. These beads are in very fine condition. Provenance: letter of appraisal from Out-West Designs, L. W. Dinneen, dated January 15, 1999, with a value of $450.
