Featured in this lot is this large wood, "General Merchandise" advertising store sign circa mid 1900s. The sign shows a large wood board reading, "General Merchandise" in light blue and white paint. This sign would have been hung above a general store advertising general merchandise items. The sign shows wear consistent with its age and use over the years with fading and cracking to the paint. The sign measures 11 5/8" L x 99 1/2" W.
