Offered in this lot is a collection of midcentury, hand carved wood home decor. The collection consists of a swordfish, pelican, and a set of three flying geese. The swordfish is hand carved from wood. The fish is made to be displayed on a flat surface. The "sword" and one side fin have been repaired. There is no artist mark to be found on this. The fish measures 14 1/2" long, 4 1/4" tall, and 2 1/2" wide and is in good repaired condition. The pelican is also carved from wood in a midcentury abstract style. The pelican is carved from Ironwood and is lovely in its smooth flowing lines. The pelican has no artist mark and is in good condition. The statue measures 14" tall, 8" long, and 3 1/2" wide. The last item in the lot is a set of three stunning, midcentury wood and metal flying Canadian geese wall décor made in the 1960s. This lovely set is made of oil rubbed wood and thin metal that has been burnished and shaped into wings. The three geese have gorgeous outstretched wings that will be on display as they fly across your wall. Each bird is in good condition. The "wings up" goose measures 21" long, 11" tall, and 4" deep. The "wings down" goose measures 21" long, 11" tall, and 4" deep. The "wings up & down" goose measures 21" long, 20" tall, and 4" deep. These items are in good condition with minor wear for the age.
