The epoxy covers everything keeping it all snug together making a nice tabletop from the top with painted black sides so the focus comes down from on top. The stand, made from cypress also, has a plywood barrier so the table fits better on the thinner stump. The measurements of this table are 16 3/4" x 4' at its widest point.
