For your consideration is this Mississippian triple notch Cahokia point and is aged 1,100 - 500 B.P. This is a medium size triangular point with three notches with slightly flared square shoulders. The point is crafted from flint with beautiful veins of orange. Perino (1968) notes that the Triple Notch and the Multiple Notch are generally older and belong to the Old Village period.
The condition of the of this point is pristine, showing well preserved good museum quality condition
