Featured in this lot we have a Montana Silversmiths sterling silver commemorative belt buckle for the Great Montana Centennial Cattle Drive from 1989. This belt buckle displays sterling silver construction with a rope style border and engraved designs. The face of the piece is etched with a scroll design across the center with a cattle drive cowboy scene across the bottom and floral designs across the top. The face is marked with "1889 - 1989" across the top with the center scroll reading "The Great Montana Centennial Cattle Drive". The back of the buckle is marked "285-500" across the top with the bottom marked "Montana Silversmiths Sterling Silver Columbus, Mont". The piece comes with its original felt lined Montana Silversmiths box. The piece shows good condition overall with little to no wear and light patina. The belt buckle measures 3 1/2" long by 2 1/2" tall.
