Featured in this lot is this Montana full body wild tom turkey taxidermy mount. The mount features a wonderfully and professionally crafted The turkey is mounted on a beautifully detailed natural habitat base. Eastern Wild Turkey with tan tips on the tail feathers and white and black bars on the wings. He is sporting a long beard and stunning bright red wattle. The artistry and craftsmanship present on this mount is excellent. The wild turkey is an upland ground bird native to North America. Contrary to its appearance Wild turkeys are considered a very challenging hunt given their high intelligence and furtive behavior. The condition of this turkey taxidermy mount is well preserved with no obvious signs of damage to the mount and shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this turkey mount is 36 1/4" x 16" x 24". The collective weight of this turkey mount is 11lb 2oz.
