Included in this lot are two Montana prison made license plates from 1938. These plates are orange with black lettering and numbering and an outline of Montana on the plate itself. Under the Montana outline, "Prison Made” is outlined in faded black letters. The license plates show a bison skull outlined and "Montana - 38" included inside the Montana outline. The plates are in good condition and have some scratches. The plates measure 13 3/4" by 5 3/4".
