For your consideration are twenty-one Montana license plates circa 1967-2001. The collection consists of six from 1967 with two duplicates, eleven from 1968 with two duplicates, one from 1975, one from 1987, one from 1991 and one from 2001. The license plates from 1967 shows a blue background with the outline of Montana and lettering showing a yellow color. The plates from 1968 shows a beige background with the outline of Montana and the lettering in forest green color. The plates at the top read, "Big Sky Country". The 1975 plate shows a dark blue background with white lettering and shows a buffalo skull image in the bottom left corner. The 1987 and 1991 plate are the 76 Bicentennial edition plates showing a white background with the state of Montana outline in red color and the lettering in blue. There is an image of a buffalo skull in the bottom left. The final and most modern plate is from 2001 and shows a multi-colored mountain skyline with the lettering of the plate in a dark blue color. The bottom reads "Big Sky" in light blue and shows an image of a buffalo skull. The plates in this collection show good condition overall with wear present from their age and use over the years. No plates show major cuts or bends. They measure 6" L x 12" W and has a collective weight of 4 pounds and 10 ounces.
