The lion is triple backed on contrasting red and black felt; the third backing is black cotton fabric containing a small amount of loft for underfoot cushion. The lion was taken in Montana, and show a full set of claws and teeth. It shows good condition with no evidence of shedding and only sight damage to the edges of the ears. The lion measures 94" long from nose to tail, and measures 65" wide from the tips of the claws on the front.
