In this lot is a trade bead necklace made of mostly large Moon Glass beads and Dogon trade beads. This necklace is 45" in circumference and has 55 graduated beads strung on a cotton string. Included in this string are two florescent Vaseline beads, two cobalt Russian faceted beads, two blue Dogon beads, and two Venetian black glass beads. The beads range in size from 3/8" X 1/2" to 1" X 3/4". The one cobalt blue bead measures 2 1/2" X 3/4"; this bead also has a chip. The two Vaseline beads glow with fantastic color. The beads in this necklace are in good condition for their age.
