Featured in this lot is this Morse Knife, Ohio regional point from the Woodland period and aged 3,000 - 1,500 B.P. The point shows a slender design with an ovoid knife blade and is widest about 3/4 of the way up the blade. It has an almost squared stem for attaching to haft and appears to be knapped from a pink and cream chert material. The condition of this point is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this point are 5 5/8" x 1" x 1/4".
