The lot features three original Mutual of Omaha ephemera items with an antique to vintage age. First is a Mutual of Omaha World Series 1981 United of Omaha Official Major League baseball hand signed by Jerry Fry and Kathleen O'Dell. Jerry Fry (born 1956) was a former Major League Baseball player who played for the Montreal Expos in the 1978 season and in 1981 he was playing for the Memphis Chicks, the Expos' Double-A affiliate. Next is a signed original photograph of Marlin Perkins signed, "Best Wishes to you in our "Mutual Efforts" Marlin Perkins. Richard Marlin Perkins (1905-1986) was an American zoologist best known as the host of the television program Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom from 1963-1985. Lastly is an antique to vintage Red Wing Pottery style salt glaze stoneware whiskey jug crock which is hand painted, "Mutual of Omaha" and "Leprecon Lick'ums". This is from a lifetime Mutual of Omaha former employee's family estate. Jug is 11.5-inches high by 7.25-inches diameter. Photo is 10-inches by 8.25-inches and the baseball is about 3-inches.
