Included in this lot is a Native American rawhide shield canvas. The shield displays rawhide construction with a circular frame. The frame is a black plastic frame around the edge with wooden cross sections bracing the center. The frame is wrapped in multiple bands of rawhide with a rawhide section stretched across the frame. The shield is free of any painted designs across the face of the piece. The piece shows good condition overall, with some light wear. The shield measures 21 1/2" long by 19" wide.
