Featured in this lot we have a Hamilton King painting print of Minnehaha Native American woman originating from the late 1900's. The artist Hamilton King was a prominent illustrator in the late 1800's and early 1900's, he was know for doing illustrations, portraits, snow scenes, and would later be known for illustrating the Coca-Cola calendars from 1910 to 1913. This painting shows a Native American woman in a colorful and ornate headdress staring out from the portrait. It is framed by a brass toned tin frame and the original glass. The painting is in good condition with some slight chipping and warm patina on the frame denoting its age. The portrait measures 14 1/4" tall by 9 1/4" wide.
