The bracelet shows a unique, extremely rare, heavy sterling silver framework with a beautiful stamped underside, a wonderful oval cut example of white buffalo turquoise (including a total of five stones), a twisted rope border, and embossed sterling silver turquoise, which shows wonderful spider webbing to the stones. The artist’s hallmark is shown on the underside of the bracelet with a 'sterling' stamp above the hallmark. White Buffalo, also known as White Buffalo Turquoise, is a gemstone that is mined in Tonopah, Nevada by the Otteson family. It was presumed to be turquoise and was often sold as such; however, its classification is magnesite and alumite. It has been popularized as White Turquoise. The condition of this bracelet is pristine, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this bracelet are 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1 3/8" and the circumference is 5 1/2".
