For your consideration in this lot is a collection of Navajo and Zuni Native American bird themed, multi stone inlayed jewelry. The collection consists of three rings and one pin. The pin is an Owl. The Owl also has a loop on the back, so it can be worn on a chain like a pendant. The Owl is made of Mother Of Pearl, Turquoise, Red Coral, and Melon Shell. The Owl is signed on the back and measures 1 1/8" X ¾”. Next is a ring of a humming bird. The bird is made of an iridescent tan stone (Abalone) with darker brown stone for wings and tails. The humming bird has a turquoise patch at the throat. The humming bird measures 1 1/4" X 3/4". The band of the ring is marked "Sterling" and the ring is US size 8. The next two rings are a "mother & daughter" set. Both rings are of the same design, mirrored in each other, but with a distinct size difference. The face of these rings is Mother of Pearl with a cardinal of Red Coral inset with Turquoise leaves. Both faces are framed with twisted silver rope and set on a split band. The "mother” ring is stamped "Sterling" on the inside. The face of the mother ring is 1 1/4" X 1" and is US size 5; the face of the daughter ring is 3/4" X 1/2" and is US size 7. All of these pieces are in good condition.
