Included in this lot is a large Navajo Native American, Blue Gem turquoise and sterling silver ring. The ring, made by a Navajo Native American Indian silversmith, shows a solid band holding a large polished cabochon of turquoise from the Blue Gem turquoise mine. The hallmark has been worn away. The turquoise has amazing depth of color, ranging from high, bright blue to softer colors; it is a beautiful matrix stone. The stone is bezel set and shows an artful rope silver border. The ring is truly a fine piece of Navajo jewelry and is in a size of 10 ¼ US.
