The lot features an original Navajo Native American Indian wool trading post rug with an excellent Crystal Eye Dazzler pattern from master weaver Lena Secody. With color characteristics common to the "Eye Dazzler" style of weave for this rug also includes the similar diamond symmetry common to this type of rug. The weaver is confirmed to be Lena Jasper Secody. This authentic Navajo rug was traded for on the Navajo Reservation at Tuba City, Arizona. The rug is in good condition showing a thick weave and having all four cornered tassels intact. This rug measures 56 1/2" x 32 1/2".
