For your consideration is a Rare Limited Edition Navajo David and Brian Yellowhorse Custom Buck Knife, Signed, #37/100. This beautiful knife features exquisite hand inlaid turquoise, red branch coral, abalone and onyx with silver channel inlays. A silver inlay wolf is set against an abalone moon background on both sides of the ornate handle. Stylized hammered guard and quillen. The full tang blade features both signatures on the left side of the blade, "David Yellowhorse" "Brian Yellowhorse" "FATHER SON MADE" "037/100" along with the Buck anvil stamp, Custom U.S.A. David Yellowhorse is fourth generation Native American Navajo silversmith whose reputation for creating handmade tribal works of art has brought him recognition throughout the jewelry and cutlery industries. David is a master at his craft and his work is highly regarded and collected worldwide. The Navajo culture and heritage is strongly evidenced is his work, making his handmade and limited edition pieces highly sought after. Brian Yellowhorse, son of the famous David Yellowhorse, is a gifted Navajo craftsman. Born to Kiiyaa’a’a nii Clan (Towering House People), Brian’s passion for channel inlay was ignited at an early age. Learning techniques from his father and grandfather, his craft has matured and flourished. Brian believes in blending his techniques and design with his Navajo heritage. This knife is in like-new condition, no marring exhibited. Comes with a fitted black leather belt scabbard and original box. 1"W x 5"L blade, total length 10". Combined weight is 1lb.
