Featured in this lot is this sterling silver concho belt from Navajo artist Douglas Begay circa 1950's. This concho belt features a wonderfully and professionally crafted sterling silver and leather construction that features a total of 13 rectangular sterling silver conchos including the buckle and shows a beautifully tooled face to the conchos of floral decoration and the buckle is marked on the underside 'DB' for Douglas Begay and shows a 'sterling' stamp underneath the hallmark. The condition of this concho belt is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this concho belt from buckle to belt tip are 42 1/4" and the buckle measures 1 5/8" x 1" x 5/8".
