For your bidding pleasure is a Fred Harvey Navajo Native American sterling silver bracelet from the 1930's. Fred Harvey jewelry was made for the Anglo tourist along the Santa Fe railroad lines, in hotels and retail shops run primarily by the Fred Harvey Company. Harvey hired Navajo silversmith to create decorative symbolized jewelry for the tourist trade. Fred Harvey era jewelry is widely collected and sought after. It is easy to wear, and generally with a fair amount of ornamentation and stamping. This bracelet utilizes four smaller hand worked bands to hold applied crossed arrows and two decorative silver beads with large central silver stylized oval in the middle. The interior of the bracelet is marked "Silver Products - Coin Silver." The circumference of the bracelet measures approximately 7".
