Featured in this lot is this Navajo three part graduated sterling silver nesting boxes. There are three boxes in this nesting collection, all constructed from floral decorated embossed sterling silver. Nesting Jewelry boxes were used as a fancy holding compartment for a lady’s jewelry and featured many graduated compartments like this example. The condition of these nesting boxes is good and shows slight patina due to the age of the nesting boxes. The measurements of this nesting box are 1 1/8" x 2 1/2" x 2 5/8" for the biggest nesting box the others are set into. The collective weight of these nesting boxes is 69.5g.
