Featured in this lot is this sterling silver turquoise and jet necklace collection from Navajo artist Harrison Yazzie. There are two necklaces in this collection. The first shows a wonderfully and professionally crafted sterling silver construction that shows a thunderbird decoration and shows a round sleeping beauty turquoise cabochon shown above the thunderbird; the necklace shows a 'H' hallmark for Harrison Yazzie with a 'sterling' stamp underneath the hallmark. The second necklace features a wonderfully and professionally crafted sterling silver construction that shows a buffalo head adorning the face of the pendant and shows a oval cut jet cabochon set above the buffalo head; the pendant is marked 'H' for Harrison Yazzie and shows a 'sterling' mark underneath the hallmark. The condition of this necklace collection is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of these necklaces is 20 3/4" and the pendant measures 2" x 1" x 1/4"; and the second necklace measures 20 3/4" from clasp to clasp and the pendant measures 2" x 1" x 1/4". The collective weight of these necklaces is 30.5g.
