Featured in this lot is this Navajo inlaid thunderbird bone necklace circa 1930's. The necklace features a wonderfully and professionally crafted chipped inlaid and bone construction with a thunderbird effigy as the pendant that shows catlinite base for the beads and the pendant showing inlaid turquoise and re branch coral with a bone decoration. The condition of this necklace is fair with a break to the right arm of the thunderbird but otherwise shows fair overall condition. The measurements from tip to the tip of the pendant is 15" and the pendant measures 2 1/2" x 1 5/8".
