Featured in this lot is this sterling silver and Kingman turquoise "The Cross of Lorraine" necklace from Navajo artist Lorenzo James. The necklace features a wonderfully and professionally constructed sterling silver "Cross of Lorraine" pendant and chain with hand crafted embossed concho spacers shown between links of sterling silver pendants. The pendants feature a twisted rope border, six oval shape Kingman turquoise cabochons, and two oval shape Kingman turquoise cabochons set into the dangle cross construction with hand stamped decoration and wonderful luster to the coloration of each of the stones. The artist’s hallmark is shown on the backside of the pendant. The condition of this necklace is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurement of this necklace from clasp to clasp is 32" and the pendant measures 4" x 1 5/8" x 1/4". The overall weight of this necklace is 85.1g.
