Featured in this lot is this silver and cripple creek turquoise brooch from Navajo artist Mary Caytineto. The brooch features a bow tie design with scalloped sides and a tool and crowned top and bottom section. The center stone is a beautiful cripple creek turquoise cabochon with brown spiderwebbing and beautiful luster to the coloration. The artist hallmark can be seen on the backside of the brooch. The condition of this brooch is good with no obvious signs of damage and features a slight patina to the face of the brooch but otherwise in good overall condition. The measurements of this brooch 1 3/8" x 2 1/2" x 1/2". The collective weight of this brooch is 22.7g.
