This is an original Montana Territory Knives of Bozeman, Montana knife showing an excellent, original scrimshaw artwork of a Navajo Trading Post Rug Pattern. The blade has been forged from 1095HC (High Carbon) steel and 15N20 Nickel Carbon, which is then heated and folded into 396 layers creating, the astounding “Damascus” steel. The knife shows a wonderful mosaic ladder Damascus. The hollow grind full tang blade has been paired with a set of nice white wild animal bone grips scales. The knife is also finished with stainless steel bolsters and finger holds. The knife shows a wonderful clip point blade. The tang has been artfully hand vine filled. The knife shows a scrimshaw artwork of a geometric Navajo Native American Indian Trading Post Rug pattern. The knife is in brand new condition and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a Lifetime warranty. The blade is stamped with the outline of the state of Montana "MT" with "Bozeman MT" underneath. The knife has been paired with a genine leather hand crafted tooled sheath and stamped "MT Bozeman MT" with the outline of Montana. The knife measures 9" long with the blade being 4 3/4" long.
