Featured in this lot is this polychrome painted bud and olla micro pottery from Navajo artist, P. Watchman. There are two pots in this collection with different designs to the construction of the pottery vessels. The first pot shows a bud pot design to the construction and is profusely decorated with symmetrical geometric patterns with micro carving work and micro polychrome decoration. The second potter vessel is a micro constructed olla pot with beautiful hand carved decoration and polychrome coloration. Both pots show the artist’s signature on the bottom of each vessel and a 'Navajo' marking on the bottom of the pot. The condition of these pottery vessels is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements for the first pot are 3 1/4" x 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" and the olla pot measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/4" x 3 1/4".
