For your consideration is this Navajo sterling silver and cripple creek turquoise bracelet from Navajo artist Robert Shakey. This is a lovely bracelet with a textured Tufa cast face of sterling silver with a dark patina adorning the face and two silver effigies of the Corn Man or Corn deity who was a fertility deity recognized by many tribes and is considered to be a gift from the "Great Spirit." The single turquoise stone is from the cripple creek mine with a sun decoration surrounding the turquoise stone; and shows the artist hallmark on the back side of the bracelet and sterling mark next to it. The condition of this bracelet is good with no signs of damage and is in good display condition. The measurements of this bracelet are 2 1/4" x 2 3/4" with a circumference of 5 1/2".
