For your consideration in this lot are two Sterling Silver and Turquoise sewing thimbles, signed by the artists C mid 1900's. The first thimble has rectangle sections of turquoise around the bottom, as well as three swirls. Inside this thimble is stamped 925 and TP-93 (Thompson Platero, The Platero Navajo family is a well respected family of Silversmiths. ). This thimble is 1 1/4" tall and has an opening 5/8". The second thimble has a twisted rope boarder with stamped sunbursts and a single Turquoise stone. Inside the thimble is stamped Sterling and OZR for the artist. The thimble is 7/8" tall and has an opening of 5/8". Together both thimbles weigh 12.7
