Featured in this lot is this Navajo sterling silver, sleeping beauty turquoise squash blossom necklace. This fine piece shows a large, central Naja pendant flanked on both sides by three blossoms. Each charm of the necklace is adorned with a Sleeping Beauty turquoise gemstone, silver rope, and tooled droplet and tooled twisted rope bordering with a semi shadowbox decoration and shield conchos above them. The pendant and charms are strung onto a double strand sterling silver beaded, concho chain. The artist’s hallmark is shown on the aglet-like clasps and shows a rising sun above a 'sterling' stamp and on the back on the left upper blossom pendant. The condition of this necklace is good, showing no obvious signs of damage. The measurement of this necklace from clasp to clasp is 25" and the Naja pendant measures 2 3/4" x 2". The weight of this necklace is 81.9g.
