Featured in this lot is this sterling silver and Kingman turquoise squash necklace from Navajo artist Martha Cayatino. The necklace is wonderfully and professionally hand crafted from sterling silver with a sterling silver hollow beaded chain, old pawn style sand cast sterling silver naga pendant, and a dangle central pendant featuring a pear cut Kingman turquoise cabochon displaying beautiful light to bright blue luster to the coloration, flecks of light brown, and a deposit of a light brown material throughout the stone. The artist’s hallmark can be seen on the backside of the pendant and features a 'sterling' stamp on the other side of the naga pendant. The condition of this necklace is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this necklace from clasp to clasp are 24" and the naga pendant measures 2 7/8" x 2 1/4" x 1/2". The overall weight of this necklace is 55.4g.
