Featured in this lot is this sterling silver and Royston turquoise squash necklace from Navajo artist Martha Cayatino. The necklace shows a wonderfully and professionally hand crafted sterling silver hollow beaded chain and old pawn style sand cast naga pendant with tooled and stamped face and a dangle pendant centralized on the necklace. The center stone is a square cut Royston turquoise cabochon with bright blue luster to the coloration, light brown material inclusions, and a bright contrast of coloration. The artist’s hallmark can be seen on the backside of the naga pendant with a 'sterling' stamp on the other side of the pendant. The condition of this necklace is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurement of this necklace from clasp to clasp is 24" and the pendant measures 3" x 2 5/8" x 1/2". The overall weight of this necklace is 55.6g.
