Featured in this lot is this Navajo sterling silver and red branch coral squash necklace circa mid 1900's. The necklace features wonderfully and professionally sterling silver construction with a beautiful link chain design with small pendants of sterling silver with a total of 80 polished red branch coral petite cabochon set into the smaller pendants with a 'sterling' stamp on the backs of the pendants. The central naga pendant is profusely decorated with 36 polished red branch coral petite cabochon set into the face of the naga pendant. The artist hallmark is shown on the backside of the pendant 'MCH' and shows a 'sterling' stamp underneath the hallmark. The measurements from clasp to clasp are 28 1/2" and the central pendant measures 1 5/8" x 1 3/4". The collective weight of the necklace is 51.4g.
