Featured in this lot is this sterling silver, salmon pink carnelian ring from Navajo artist, Benjamin Piaso. The ring shows sterling silver plate face construction with a split shoulder ring band. The face of the ring is stamped and decorated with six petal designs to the border and a twisted rope decoration around the oval cut, salmon pink carnelian cabochon. The stone shows wonderful coloration, with rays of cream throughout. The artist’s hallmark can be seen on the underside of the ring with a 'sterling' stamp seen underneath it. The condition of this ring is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The overall measurements of this ring are 1" x 1 3/4" x 1". The ring size is US 7. The weight of this ring is 17.2g.
