Featured in this lot is this sterling silver and stromatolite ring by Navajo artist, Herbert Tsosie. The ring shows a large sterling silver ring frame with a sterling silver plate and stamped decoration bordering a large, rectangular cut stromatolite cabochon. The stone has a black and cream color with gold veins throughout. The artist’s hallmark is shown on the underside of the ring with a 'sterling' stamp underneath. The condition of this ring is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The overall measurements of this ring are 1 1/4" x 1" x 1 14". The ring size is US 11 1/4. The weight of this ring is 16.6g.
