Featured in this lot is this pair of sterling silver and Morenci turquoise earrings from Navajo artists Tommy & Rose Singer. Singer is thought to be one of the most important and greatest contemporary silversmith Indian artists and his work is highly sought after. Tommy Singer was a Navajo silversmith who passed away on May 31, 2014. After his death, his wife, Rose, continued to create jewelry using designs Singer created prior to his passing. These earrings feature a highly detailed stamped design across the face, showing a sterling silver construction with a total of two round cut Morenci turquoise beads and a 'J' hook clasp. The condition of this pair of earrings is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this pair of earrings are 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/4". The collective weight of the earrings is 17.2g.
