For your consideration in this lot is a collection of Sterling silver Taxco and Navajo broaches. The first broach is marked "PLATA 526" with an artist name. This broach appears to be sand cast of a Folkloric dancing woman. The pin has some repair spots and wonderful patina. The dancer measures 2 5/8" x 2 3/8". The next broach is a Elk with a full rack of antlers. This elk is stamped "sterling LY" on the back. LY is the known hallmark for Navajo silver artist Leland Yazzie. The Yazzie family is world famous for their silver work. The pin bar is missing from this but it is in otherwise good condition. The elk measures 2 1/2" x 2 ". The last broach in this lot is a very detailed bow and arrow with a turquoise cabochon on the arrow. This small bow and arrow shows wonderful detail down to the fletching on the arrow and wrap on the bow. The turquoise cabochon is 3/8" x 1/4" oval the bow measures 2" x 1/2". These items are in fair condition
