This is a very highly collectible rug showing the Teec Nos Pos pattern style design, Teec Nos Pos is located in the northeast corner of Arizona and rose to prominence in 1905, spinning off of J.B. Moore’s Crystal weaving style. The Teec Nos Pos pattern is widely considered to be the most intricate and detailed of all Navajo rug designs offering a truly exceptional distinct look. The rug was hand woven by skilled weavers and shows beautiful contrast of the naturally dyed traditional geometric patterns on a grey field with wonderfully symmetrical woven designs used in Teec Nos Pos Crystal Pattern.
