Offered in this lot is a Navajo Tree of Life pictorial wool rug. Navajo Tree of Life weavings all feature a central stalk of corn, the Navajo Tree of Life. On the cornstalk leaves are birds of various colors bringing messages of goodwill from the gods. This rug is done in soft pastel blue and pink colors. The rug appears to be of Navajo or Mexican Indian wool construction. The rug has a tight weave and is in very good condition. The rug measures 28" X 56".
