Featured in this lot is this sterling silver and Montana agate pendant from Navajo artist Will Dentdale. The pendant features a wonderfully and professionally crafted sterling silver and Montana Agate construction that shows a pendant face that shows a twisted rope border to the center stone and a scalloped and tooled edge of the pendant along with the center stone being made of Montana Agate that shows a cream background and shows speckled decoration to the gemstone itself. The pendant is marked 'sterling' above the hallmark 'Dentdale' and 'Navajo'. Will Denetdale has grown to be one of today's most sought after silversmiths in the Navajo Community. He grew up in Fort Defiance, Arizona and attended high school in Gallup, New Mexico where he learned the silver smithing trade. He now lives in Arizona where he works from home constantly striving to elevate his already masterful artwork in silver and stone. The condition of this pendant is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this pendant are 2 3/4" x 1 1/4" x 5/8".
