Included in this lot is a stunning Navajo Native American Indian, Yei and Crystal border wool rug, circa 1940's. This rug is composed of mineral dyed wool and displays a nice, tight weave. The rug portrays nine Yei figures, five females and four males. The females show black hair and are holding a feather stock in each hand. The woman figures are wearing matching turquoise earrings. The background of these Yei figures shows a bright yellow with black borders on the sides and colorful crystal borders on the top and bottom of the piece.
