For your bidding pleasure is this New Mexico Trophy Oryx Shoulder Mount. Oryx being one of the four large species of antelope is associated with the genus Oryx. These African animals are characterized by the bright markings on their legs and face. They are oryx gazelles, from the Kalahari region of Africa. But this is the Chihuahuan Desert of southern New Mexico, where the animals have been multiplying since 1969, when the New Mexico Game and Fish Department released oryx as part of its exotic animal introduction program on the White Sands Missile Range. The measurements of the shoulder mount are 38" x 44" x 28". The measurements of its horns are 32".
