Featured in this lot are two nickel silver & jewelers bronze Western style belt buckles circa mid to late 1900s. These belt buckles show no makers mark. Jeweler's bronze is an alloy of copper and tin, and sometimes other metals like zinc, lead, or nickel, that's used to make jewelry. The first is marked Nickel Silver and shows Western style motif designs around the front edges of the belt buckle. The center shows a scroll of some sorts, while the edge of the buckle features a rope style border. The second belt buckle is marked on the back reading, "Alpaca" while the front shows a horse head set in the center of the buckle. Western designs sit above and below the horse head and the outer edge of the buckle features a rope style border. Fading and wear is present to the jewelers bronze on both pieces and both exhibit wear from their age and use over the years. No major signs of damage are noted. They measure 2 5/8" L x 3 7/8" W and have a collective weight of 4 ounces.
