Featured in this lot is this North and Judd drop shank Montana cowboy spurs, circa post 1926. The spurs show a single material spur frame with double spur strap buttons and long neck drop shank rowel neck. The North and Judd iconic anchor hallmark can be seen on the rowel neck. North and Judd was a very large company based in Connecticut and produced saddlery and other hardware from bells to buckles. The firm employed hundreds of workers and eventually would buy out the Buermann Company in 1926. The condition of this pair of spurs is good, with patina and oxidation consistent with the age of the spurs. The measurements of this pair of spurs are 1 1/4" x 6 3/4" x 4".
