For your bidding pleasure in this lot is a collection of Northern Plaines Indians stone tools from 8000-2200 BP. The collection is made of seven stone heads, Celts, and Adzes. The heads range in size from 4" x 3” to 2 1/4" x 1 3/4". Next is a Turtle-Back scrape 5 1/2" x 2 3/4" and a grinding stone 5 12/" x 5 1/2" x 3". Last is a scraper with a collection tag. This teardrop scraper measures 3" x 2 1/2" x 1/2". This scraper was broken and repaired and has a museum/collector tag on the back. Last are two pieces of pottery, one with a tag.
