Featured in this lot is this bone dag knife collection attributed to the Northern Plains Indians. There are three knives in this collection. The first shows the smallest frame with a bone handle and a triangular point blade. The second features a longer bone handle and triangular point blade constructed from a red chert material. The last has the longest bone handle and features horse hair tassels at the bottom of the dag knife, trade seed beads in chalk white, and light blue trade beads. This is a contemporary collection. The condition of these knives is good, with some fraying to the sinew wrapping on the largest of the knives. The measurements of these knives range from 6" x 1 1/2" x 5/8" to 10 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1 3/4.
