The lot features a fine, braided, and hitched horsehair arm cuff from the Northern Plains Native American Indians of the 19th Century. This 1800’s piece shows all horsehair with natural dyes of black, yellow, and red and would have been worn around the arm of a Warrior/man. This is truly a rare and scarcely seen piece in very good condition. It can be made to slide slightly larger or smaller at the ends. The ends show a hitched ball with horsehair fringe ends. Overall, it measures 5” Diameter by 1” W.
